6th Wheel – Wallet-Friendly Car Care Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the 6th Wheel mobile application, website, and services. By accessing or using the 6th Wheel platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About 6th Wheel

6th Wheel is a technology platform that enables users to purchase prepaid car service coupons and redeem them at independent third-party partner garages. 6th Wheel does not itself provide car repair or servicing services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information while registering and booking services.

3. Services & Coupons

All services on 6th Wheel are offered through prepaid coupon packs.
Coupon inclusions, validity, and usage conditions are clearly displayed in the app before purchase.
Coupons are vehicle-specific, non-transferable, and can be redeemed only at listed partner garages.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the platform are prepaid and inclusive of services mentioned in the coupon.
Payments must be completed online through the app or website.
No cash payment is required at the garage for services covered under the coupon.

5. No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

All purchases made on 6th Wheel are final and non-refundable.
Coupons cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred once purchased.
Users are advised to review service details carefully before completing payment.

6. Booking & Redemption

Service bookings are subject to availability of partner garages and chosen time slots.
Users must redeem coupons within the validity period mentioned in the app.
Expired or partially used coupons are not eligible for extension or refund.

7. Partner Garages

Services are delivered by independent third-party garages partnered with 6th Wheel.
6th Wheel verifies garages at the time of onboarding but does not control their day-to-day operations.
Any additional services outside the purchased coupon must be approved and paid directly by the user.

8. Service Quality & Liability

Service quality, timelines, and workmanship are the responsibility of the respective partner garage.
6th Wheel shall not be liable for mechanical issues, delays, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from services provided by partner garages.
6th Wheel will assist users in raising concerns with partner garages where required.

9. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate vehicle and contact details
Use coupons only as per their intended purpose
Follow garage instructions during service
Not misuse the platform or coupons in any manner

10. Platform Availability

6th Wheel strives to keep the app and website operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may occur.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on the platform are the intellectual property of 6th Wheel or its licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

Use of the platform is subject to the Privacy Policy of 6th Wheel.
Personal information is collected and processed only for providing services and improving user experience.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

6th Wheel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the coupon purchased by the user.
